The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a government initiative aimed at providing affordable internet access to low-income households in the United States. The program is designed to bridge the digital divide, which refers to the gap between those who have access to the internet and those who do not, often due to socioeconomic factors.

1What is the Affordable Connectivity Program?
Congress recently created the Affordable Connectivity Program, a long-term, $14 billion programs, which will replace the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. This investment in broadband affordability will help ensure we can afford the internet connections we need for work, school, health care, and more for a long time.
2Why do I need to provide my Social Security Number?
As Wrazzle Mobile is a government assistance lifeline service provider, we require your SSN in order to verify your eligibility. You will also be required to provide proof of your qualifying benefit program or if you are applying by income, verification of your income as well. All your information is strictly confidential. We always respect the privacy of user.
3Who is eligible for ACP discounts on broadband service?
The ACP shares all of the same qualifying program based eligibility criteria as Lifeline – participation in SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, and Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit Fund. Additional eligibility criteria are unique to ACP and do not qualify for Lifeline, including Pell Grants (current award year recipients), Free and Reduced Price School Lunch and Breakfast (including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision), Women Infants & Children (WIC) Program, and income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. ACP eligibility will be determined for the FCC by USAC’s National Verifier and National Lifeline Accountability Database.

5What rules apply to me when I participate in the program?
Only eligible consumers may receive ACP discounts. The ACP monthly service discount cannot be transferred to another household or individual. An eligible household is limited to one monthly service discount. ACP discount recipients must either make or answer a voice call message (if your device is capable), send a text message (if your device is capable), use data, purchase minutes, or respond to direct contact from us at least once during any 30-day period to continue receiving your ACP service.
6If I already receive Lifeline benefits will I automatically receive the Affordable Connectivity Program?
No. You must opt-in and choose an eligible service plan. Lifeline plans and benefits may be maintained without enrolling in the ACP. If you want to apply for ACP service only, please contact Customer Support at 1-888- WRAZZLE.
1How long will it take to receive approval?
Normally, it takes about 20-30 minutes for an application to be approved. However, some applications will have to wait 3-4 days or longer for approval. The reason is that your proof documentation needs to be reconfirmed. You can always check the status of your application by logging into your account. Once you receive approval, you will also receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number for your order.
2How long will it take to ship my phone?
Once your order is complete, your device will ship within 3-7 business days. You can also check on the status of your application by visiting (check status) and entering the same email address and zip code you used while initially applying.
3Where is my tracking number?
Once your application is approved, please give us 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Once it’s been processed, you’ll be sent an email and an SMS with your tracking number. Make sure to check your inbox and spam folder.
4How can I check my application status?
To check the status of your application, simply visit Check Status and enter the same email address and zip code you used while initially applying. Once you are logged in you will see a variety of information, including the status of your application and if any additional documentation is required.
5Can I combine Lifeline and ACP benefits?
Yes, your Lifeline and ACP benefits can be combined and applied to the same service plan or applied to different service plans. ACP benefits may be obtained from any participating provider of your choosing and your monthly service benefit may be transferred to another provider subject to certain regulatory restrictions.
6What download and upload speeds will I receive?
Country Mobile provides high-speed broadband service to ACP customers. Your service plan terms and conditions may limit the amount of high-speed data included with your service plan and the actual speeds you will achieve while using our broadband services. Maximum speeds are optimal for real-time or near real-time, high-bandwidth uses, but lower speeds may affect your ability to stream audio and video, access certain websites and content, or interact with available applications. Other factors, including your device, network availability from our underlying carrier, your proximity to cellular towers, and environmental factors, may affect speeds. Wrazzle’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) offering is a supported service – a government benefit program. Only eligible consumers may enroll in ACP. ACP service is limited to one per household and is non-transferable. Proof of income or qualified program participation may be required for enrolment.

Wrazzle may limit, alter, or discontinue your service if you generate abnormally high call volumes, abnormally long average call lengths, calls with abnormally high costs, abnormally high data use, or other disproportionate use when compared to those of other customers of Wrazzle BROADBAND DATA. Your service plan terms and conditions may limit the amount of high-speed data included with your service plan and the actual speeds you will achieve while using our broadband services. The actual performance of an individual customer’s wireless data service may vary based on reception, technology, network traffic, and a number of other factors.
